Social Media Impact on the Workplace

Welcome reader to my blog.✋. This first entry that describes the main plot of the blog as well as my aims and interest in the theme. 

The reason why this blog was created is due to the fact that:

    Today's world is dominated by social media. Whether it's Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, or another site, everyone is using it. People appear to spend more time on social media than they do offline, either documenting or watching what others are doing. In relation to the Internet, social media technology transformed the way people communicate and interact socially within and outside of companies, having a significant impact on people's jobs and lifestyles. 

Aim of this blog:

    To expose the ways in which social media changes the work environment, how perhaps businesses exploit new technologies to increase their performance and output. On what scale do employees benefit from social media in their work environment. The readers who work right now can relate to some of the upcoming ideas in this blog. We will be able to determine some of the negative issues that social media brings into the work environment, since social media does not always have a positive affect.
